Simply shop online and collect your order from our Silent Theory store.
- You will receive a notification email when your order is ready to collect.
- When collecting your order, you will need to show your email confirmation or ID.
- If you are not able to collect your order, you can share your email confirmation with another person to show in store.
- Your order must be collected within 2 weeks of notification. If your item is not collected, it will be cancelled and a refund will be processed.
Returns & Exchanges
Click and Collect orders can be returned or exchanged either online or in store.
Customers can complete the online returns process to go ahead with a return or exchange.
